The role of a Business Development Representative is crucial to driving our company forward. We are seeking an individual who will focus on expanding sales in new areas by identifying and nurturing fresh opportunities, mainly through in-person meetings or phone conversations. The Business Development Representative we are looking for will effectively communicate the benefits of our products and services, creating strong connections with clients to fuel the growth of our customer base.

Business Development Representative will:

• Engage with potential customers daily to evaluate and analyze their needs and preferences
• Highlight the benefits and advantages of our product's functionality to potential customers to effectively communicate its value proposition
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure the best possible customer experience, providing support and assistance where needed
• Prioritize and manage leads effectively, ensuring that no opportunity is missed and that all potential customers are given proper attention
• Utilize a variety of sales and marketing methods to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals

Qualities we are looking for:

• 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, customer service, and/or related fields
• Passionate about sales and constantly looking to improve skills
• Enjoys working as part of a team, and is efficient working solo
• Recognizes that sales outcomes are determined by the level of activity and effort exerted
• Available to work full-time, Monday to Friday
• Can commute to our Barrie office daily
